Return Policy

This policy applies to SaaS subscription fees, implementation charges, and related digital services billed by SYS Technologies. It does not cover physical retail merchandise.

You may cancel or choose not to renew a subscription at any time. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

SaaS subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been provisioned or actively used. We may consider refunds in limited cases, such as:

• Duplicate charges caused by our billing error
• Eligible requests within a stated trial or satisfaction window in your agreement
• Material failure by SYS Technologies to provide the contracted service (excluding events outside our reasonable control)

Project implementation, custom development, and training fees are generally non-refundable after work has started or deliverables have been accepted, unless your written agreement states otherwise.

Contact SYS Technologies with your account name, invoice number, and reason. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or another agreed method. Bank or processor timelines may apply.
