1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our SaaS applications, portals, or websites, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Services
SYS Technologies is a SaaS Application Development Company providing cloud software, implementation support, and related digital services. Specific features, limits, and service levels are defined in the applicable plan, proposal, or agreement.
3. Accounts and security
You must keep account credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to breach security or gain unauthorised access
- Reverse engineer or copy the service except as permitted by law
- Interfere with other customers’ data, privacy, or service availability
5. Data and ownership
Tenant data you enter remains owned by you (or your customers, as applicable). SYS Technologies retains all rights in our products, software, design, and brand.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, billing cycles, and renewals follow your selected plan or signed agreement. We may suspend or limit access if invoices remain unpaid.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYS Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is generally limited to fees paid for the relevant service period.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or unsafe use. After termination, data retention and export follow the applicable agreement and our operational policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
